It seems that you can’t click on National Review or the Weekly Standard without some banal list of “Seven Conservative Classics” you just have to read! Invariably they either turn out to be the same books from months before, or just the latest retreads to come out of Cuckservatism Inc.’s presses.

Radix Founder, and Editor-in-Chief Richard Spencer recently participated in a reddit “Ask Me Anything“, and was asked to name a few “must read” Alt-Right titles. We’ve put together the titles mentioned as well as a few others we thought our readers might enjoy.

We hope you find this list useful, and it’s by no means exhaustive.

French New Right:

Michael O’Meara: New Culture, New Right. Overall this is a great introduction to a lot of the thinkers below.

Guillaume Faye: Archeofuturism, Why We Fight, Convergence of Catastrophes

Alain de Benoist: Beyond Human Rights, The Problem of Democracy, Manifesto for a European Resistence, On Being a Pagan

Tomislav Sunic: Homo Americanus (which will be issued in a new formby Washington Summit Publishers soon!), Against Democracy and Equality

Domonique Venner: The Shock of History

Fourth Political Theory

Alexander Dugin: The Fourth Political Theory, Martin Heidegger: The Philosophy of Another Beginning, Putin vs. Putin, Last War of the World Island

Samuel Francis and Kevin MacDonald

Sam Francis: Essential Writings on Race, Shots Fired, Beautiful Losers, Revolution from the Middle, Leviathan and Its Enemies

Kevin MacDonald: Culture of Critique, Understanding Jewish Influence, Cultural Insurrections, A People That Shall Dwell Alone, Seperation and Its Discontents

Jared Taylor, Richard Lynn, Race Realism, and HBD

Jared Taylor: White Identity, Face to Face With Race

Richard Lynn: Race Differences in Intelligence, IQ and Global Inequality, Dysgenics, The Chosen People

Michael Levin: Why Race Matters

Edwin Rubenstein: The Color of Crime

Charles Murray and Richard Herrnstein: The Bell Curve

Nicholas Wade: A Troublesome Inheritence

Gregory Cochran and Henry Harpending: The 10,000 Year Explosion

General Philosophy

Frederich Nietzsche: Genealogy of Morals, Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Beyond Good and Evil, The Birth of Tragedy

Martin Heidegger: Being and Time, Basic Writings

Carl Schmitt: The Concept of the Political, Political Theology, Theory of the Partisan

Oswald Spengler: The Decline of the West

Miscellanea

Ernst Jünger: Storm of Steel, The Glass Bees, On Pain

Julius Evola: Revolt Against the Modern World, Men Among the Ruins, Ride the Tiger

Yukio Mishima: Patriotism, Sun and Steel

Jack Donovan: The Way of Men, Becoming a Barbarian

F. Roger Devlin: Sexual Utopia in Power

Gregory Hood: Waking Up From the American Dream

Jonathan Bowden: Western Civilization Bites Back

Greg Johnson: New Right, Old Right, Confessions of a Reluctant Hater

Paul Gottfried: War and Democracy, Fascism: The Career of a Concept, Leo Strauss and the Conservative Movement in America

Of course there are many omissions and much more space to cover. But, this provides a good overview of the books Radix’s editors and contributors generally turn to for inspiration and elucidation.

Happy reading!

Like the Roman: The Brutal Truth

Hats off to you, Mr. McInnes.

Gavin McInnes brought the hurtful truth to Fox News last night when he told a Black-loving spinster what would make her happy. . . and it wasn’t a successful career.

Hats off to you, Mr. McInnes. It’s amazing they allow him on Fox at all–especially with comments like this.
