The resettlement of refugees is an overlooked and underreported issue in America.

Thankfully, one woman in Maryland has dedicated herself to raising awareness on this issue and has made an informative video outlining the unnoticed crisis brewing in the country’s heartland.

The most interesting part: the organizations promoting the resettlement of refugees and leaving taxpayers with the bill. . .

Watch and learn.

After yet another migrant boat capsized in the Mediterranean–killing nearly a thousand Africans–one British woman seems to be the only person voicing the proper solution to the refugee flotilla: gun ships.

Here’s Katie Hopkins of The Sun in her own words:

It’s time to get Australian. Bring on the gunships, force migrants back to their shores and burn the boats.

She also mentions how the people on board will be portrayed as helpless victims even though if they made it to shore, they’d turn into “aggressive young men at Calais, spreading like norovirus on a cruise ship.”

This awesome truth bomb was of course met with rabid outrage and over 200,000 people have signed a petition for The Sun to drop her. In addition, a few groups are reporting Ms. Hopkins for hate speech due to her column.

Not surprisingly, this isn’t the first time she dropped truth in the public sphere. In March, Hopkins noted the disturbing link between Pakistani men and sexual abuse (see Rotherham) when one local town decided to raise Pakistan’s flag in the UK. That got her accused of inciting racial hatred.

She also once proved how fat people are fat due to their own poor decisions and lifestyle choices, as she gained 50 pounds and then promptly every single pound added. Her point: obesity is due to laziness and lack of willpower. In her opinion, “what fat people need is a kick up the ass.”

Keep kicking ass, Katie Hopkins.

Infidelity is a common reason for why many relationships don’t work out. People cheat, that’s a fact.

But not everyone sleeps with the entire Wu-Tang Clan (who also apparently make high art now) in one night. Unsurprisingly, that sordid fact serves as the crux for this episode of Divorce Court that features one very dysfunctional (or should it be typical) interracial couple.

WARNING: This is a STIHIE that’s off-the-charts.

Seventy years ago, one of the great cultural centers of Europe, Dresden, was annihilated in a senseless firebombing in the last year of the most destructive war in man’s history.

Some say it was just part of the war. But most of the victims were women and children, burned alive in a manner not too dissimilar to the Jordanian prisoner executed by ISIS. Several thousand were killed.

To reflect on this tragic event in history, here is a video of Kurt Vonnegut, author of the famous book Slaughterhouse Five that recounted his experience of the firebombing, discussing his memory of the incineration.

And to show the contrast between the Dresden of today and the Dresden of 1945, here is a gallery showcasing the aftermath of the bombing and what the city’s streets look like in the present day.

Hearing Cesspool

The Political Cesspool made it to Congress last week. More precisely, it became a focal point for a House Committee Hearing concerning immigration.

The Political Cesspool made it to Congress last week. More precisely, it became a focal point for a House Committee Hearing concerning immigration.

Black congressmen brought up the radio program, which is hosted by our friend James Edwards and has featured Richard Spencer numerous times, to shame an Arizona sheriff for appearing on the program.

Sheriff Paul Babeu, a prominent figure among the border enforcement crowd, denied he knew of the “controversial” nature of the Cesspool and disavowed all connections to it when a paper reported on his appearance.

That isn’t quite the story, according to Edwards:

I’ll reheat the story for those who may have forgotten. Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu made a guest appearance on TPC a few years ago. He came on the show and was so impressed with our work that he invited my co-host, Eddie “The Bombardier” Miller, to personally join him for a tour of our porous border. He even publicly endorsed us as “great Americans.”

Then, of course, the media complained about the fact that he would dare talk to authentic conservatives such as ourselves, called us a bunch of inappropriate names, and Sheriff Babeu was suddenly afflicted with a dreadful case of amnesia. The story reached such a frenzy that it even became a major talking point in the GOP Senatorial primary between J.D. Hayworth and John McCain. The whole ordeal was one of the more colorful chapters in our story.

Let me first say that I truly do appreciate the stand Babeu has taken on illegal aliens, that is, except for when he’s doing stuff like this. If we had known about Babeu’s baggage we’d have not had him on. I mean, the guy apparently threatened an illegal alien with deportation if he revealed the nature of their homosexual relationship and that doesn’t get brought up by the committee, while his association with me does. How insane is that?

The fact of the matter is that I can stand someone disagreeing with me. I can even stand someone changing their mind. But I cannot stand a liar. The entire sordid affair with Babeu still rubs me the wrong way only because he lied through his teeth about not knowing of our legitimate and heartfelt positions before his appearance.

Eddie Miller personally talked to Sheriff Babeu for 45 minutes on the telephone in advance of the show during which time he offered the Sheriff full disclosure about who were are, what we stand for, and what he could expect in response from the media.

After it became a big story Babeu claimed to have never spoken to us off the air and had no idea what we were about, even though he referenced the private conversation on the air with us! Sure, we’ve been betrayed before and are no strangers to having lies told about us, but this was egregious when you take in to account that Eddie had phone records at the time to back up his claim.

It’s absolutely amazing that this guy will literally put his life on the line in defense of our border, then runs scared when some creepy reporters or members of Congress ask him about TPC. That just goes to show you the power of the “R” word, but the new scarlet letter only has as much control over us as we allow it to have.

But it didn’t look like the Steve Scalise defense worked, as Edwards’ comments to a local Arizona paper that Babeu knew exactly what TPC was about was recorded into congressional record.

Watch Babeu get confronted with the truth in this clip starting at 2:20:20.

A Look at the Polish Right

It’s obviously slanted, but it is well worth a watch to get a street-level view of the growing Polish nationalist movement.

The Guardian recently published a two-part video series on the “far-right” in Poland and its infamous 11/11 Independence Day March. It’s obviously slanted, but it is well worth a watch to get a street-level view of the growing Polish nationalist movement.

‘Don’t Call Us What We Are!’

The Lying Press is worried about PEGIDA calling them what they are…

The Lying Press is worried about PEGIDA calling them what they are—and naturally using it as another justification to smear the marchers as Nazis.

The coronation of Lügenpresse represents a troubling trend. The Nazi-era phrase, which means “lying press,” has become something of a watchword among Germany’s increasingly vociferous anti-immigrant (and largely anti-Muslim) activists. In recent months, these demonstrators have called on the media to “tell the truth” about what immigrants are doing to Germany.

The non-word announcement came one day after the anti-immigrant groupPEGIDA, the Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West, staged a massive, 25,000-strong rally in the German city of Dresden. The event, scheduled before last week’s shootings in Paris, doubled as a tribute to victims of the Charlie Hebdo massacre and a rally to promote an anti-immigration platform. According to Reuters, the crowd marched to chants of Lügenpresse, halt die Fresse (“Shut up, lying press”).

As The New York Times reported, a group of cartoonists known as Caricaturists Against PEGIDA also disseminated cartoons slamming the PEGIDA for capitalizing on the events in Paris to further stoke anti-immigration fervor. In a statement, the group said: “PEGIDA is cynically seeking to exploit the Paris attack. We reject that the memory of our friends is being exploited and dragged through the mud in this way.”

Meanwhile, the media-promoted idea that the staff of Charlie Hebdo died for “free speech” is clearly now a joke after 54 French citizens were arrested for speech crimes.

As its citizens continue to rally around theirmuch-celebrated right to free expression, theAssociated Press reports that France has begun a “crackdown on hate speech, anti-Semitism, and glorifying terrorism.” So far, 54 people have been arrested, and some have already been punished “under special measures for immediate sentencing.”

Among those taken into custody was Dieudonné M’bala M’bal, a comedian with a history of racism and anti-Semetism convictions. (Popularizing a hand gesture that resembles a Nazi salute is one of his claims to fame.) Dieudonné was busted over a (since deleted) Monday night Facebook post in which he wrote that he felt “like Charlie Coulibaly” — a reference to the “Je Suis Charlie” slogan and Amedy Coulibaly, the terrorist who killed four people in a kosher grocery store after the Charlie Hebdo attack. In another post, Dieudonné addressed the French interior minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, writing, “Whenever I speak, you do not try to understand what I’m trying to say, you do not want to listen to me. You are looking for a pretext to forbid me. You consider me like Amedy Coulibaly when I am not any different from Charlie.”

A spokesperson also told reporters that in addition to the stepped-up hate-speech enforcement, the French government is “broadening” its legal ability to tap phones and use other types of intelligence-gathering methods for the purpose of detecting threats.

Lügenpresse, indeed.

Conservativism vs. Racialism

Bill O’Reilly goes head-to-head with David Duke.

Bill O’Reilly goes head-to-head with David Duke.

“We’re all in it together and skin color doesn’t matter” – Bill O’Reilly.

Fortunately, the hyperbolic leftists over at Salon fully understood the cynicism of a race-baiting conservative bashing Duke for racism:

For O’Reilly, Duke was an ideal foil; the presence of the racist demagogue allowed the Fox News host to present himself as the reasonable conservative, while casting Duke as a fringe figure who did not belong in the conservative movement. Never mind that O’Reilly, who assails the idea that such a thing as white privilege exists, denies the very existence of institutional racism — hence his fantastical notion that in the age of Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and Tamir Rice, “skin color doesn’t matter” in America. To the conservative mind, it’s far easier to cast overt bigots like David Duke — not, say, America’s criminal justice system — as the real faces of American racism.

In case you were wondering if the U.S. military is more focused on combat than promoting political correctness, here’s a story to show you where their priorities truly lie.

In case you were wondering if the U.S. military is more focused on combat than promoting political correctness, here’s a story to show you where their priorities truly lie.

Army Thanks Soldier For Confronting Offensive Behavior Online:

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and senior Army officials met with a senior non-commissioned officer Dec 15 to thank her for leading by example and defending Army values, despite facing harassment after confronting Service members who were behaving unethically online.

First Sgt. Katrina Moerk, now the first sergeant of Charlie Company, 741st Military Intelligence Battalion, was browsing a social media network’s community page earlier this year, when she came upon a video that she found offensive and sexist. When she commented as much, several respondents attacked her with insults. Some of these respondents were wearing uniforms in their profile photos, the first sergeant said, so she wrote to them directly.

“I looked them up, introduced myself and explained to them why they were stupid. And I [copied] the director of the Army SHARP program to help their units improve their SHARP training, because it was obviously lacking. And it’s kind of blown up from there,” Moerk said.

SHARP is the acronym for the military’s Sexual Harassment Assault Response and Prevention program.

Things died down online, she said, but Dr. Christine Altendorf, the SHARP director, brought Moerk’s email to the attention of Lt. Gen. Howard Bromberg, then the Army’s deputy chief of staff for personnel. Shortly thereafter, the Army launched three administrative investigations, because Soldiers from three separate major commands were involved, either through producing the video or making inappropriate comments.

“Everyone was kind of pulled to the carpet and called in, and training changed,” the first sergeant said.

For her willingness to stand up and defend Army values, Moerk received an Army Commendation Medal from Lt. Gen. James C. McConville, who succeeded Bromberg as the Army’s personnel chief, during a ceremony Monday, at the Pentagon.

“What she did is the epitome of being an NCO and a Soldier, and of course a leader,” said Command Sgt. Maj Leslie Hudson, the 741st Military Intelligence Battalion senior enlisted adviser. “I think that Soldiers out there can learn from the example that she set, and I think that she has set the standard for what leaders are expected to do.”

“Leading by Example” indeed. Thank You Military!
